RSA Security

RSA Security is one of the world’s leading providers of security-related products and services that help organizations protect private information and manage the identities of the people and applications accessing and exchanging that information. Over the past several years, Libretto has completed more than 100 projects for the company, including white papers, brochures, more than 20 customer case studies, and several annual reports.

Libretto’s writers have developed close working relationships with numerous senior managers, content providers, product marketing experts, and communications directors at RSA Security. This extensive collaboration has enabled us to gain a deep understanding of the company’s complex technology, and to support the articulation and effective expression of its high-level messages and marketing strategies.

For the 2003 annual, we worked closely with RSA Security’s in-house designers and communications directors to structure the report around the theme of “Confidence Inspired.” The company’s new solutions-driven strategy, which formed the basis for the report text, leveraged the experience we had gained in writing “microsites” based on those topics that had been launched as part of the corporate website.
