In addition to researching, interviewing, and writing, Libretto often assists in conceptualizing stories, managing the revision and approval process, and synthesizing feedback from multiple reviewers.

For example, to highlight RSA Security’s track record in helping organizations comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Libretto created customer success stories that featured leading institutions such as Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Kansas City. These stories highlight how RSA Security solutions help to facilitate regulatory compliance, and demonstrate how the company supports healthcare providers’ strategic objectives by helping to enhance the quality, immediacy, and continuity of patient care.

Libretto has also written case studies to support RSA Security applications targeted to the consumer online banking market. These include a customer story on Credit Suisse Group, whose 250,000 retail and private banking clients use RSA SecurID tokens to securely access their online bank accounts. The story demonstrated how the RSA Security solution addressed customer needs for security, portability, and ease of use.
